The Stilwell Group does not operate a data-intensive business. This site exists to describe the firm and invite inquiry. We do not run advertising, we do not profile visitors, and we do not sell or license information of any kind to third parties.

What we receive
When you visit this site, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and is used solely for security monitoring and aggregate performance analysis.
When you contact us by email, we receive the content of your message and any information you choose to include. That correspondence is held in confidence and used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not run analytics scripts that identify individual users.
Clients and prospective clients
Information shared in the course of exploring or conducting an engagement — including business information, strategic context, and personal contact details — is treated as confidential. It is not shared with third parties except as required to perform the engagement, with your explicit consent, or as required by law.
All engagements are governed by a written engagement letter, which includes confidentiality terms. Where appropriate, a mutual NDA is executed prior to substantive discussion.
Hosting and infrastructure
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel's infrastructure processes requests and may retain server logs in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not share personal data with Vercel beyond what is inherent in hosting the site.
We do not embed third-party tracking pixels, social media scripts, or advertising tags of any kind on this site.
